Finally had this pet dropp for me today.  It's the first time in about twelve years that I've seen it drop, and I wasn't even trying to get it.  I was running around Hillbrad completing quests and when I got back to Tarren Mill to hand in/sell/repair/etc before logging for the evening, there it was in my bags.

Got a blue H/B first battle.  A little south of Crow's Crook, near Sunderthorn's nest (around 58.64 44.65).  It was in the middle of a group of wasps so I had to be careful about clearing a path to it.  

I got a blue near Auchindoun a few minutes ago (Moon Guard server),  B/B breed and thought about trying to find another one to upgrade, but I think I'll leave him as is.  He's a cute little guy and it doesn't really matter if he's not a better breed as I'm not likely to use him in a battle.

I couldn't believe it.  First battle at Sable Ridge a level 6 rare was second to a roach, the next battle, a level 5 rare was second to a spider.  Sable Ridge is definitely a good place to go for these guys.
