Got him on my 68th chest.  Many timeless pieces (none of use to me of course), no Burdens.  Started with 17000 coins, by the time all was said and done I ended with 4000, so in spite of it sounding like an inordinate number of coins, you get many back in the chests.

Seeing as I FINALLY have this pet, I thought I'd share a PVP team that I had GREAT success with.  Undead Val'Kyr, Gilnean Raven and Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling.  I had a win % of 83% over the final 150 fights I did with this team.  I have no intention of any more PVP pet stuff (until of course blizzard introduces another pet acquired through that means).
