I found four up as primaries at 41.92, 66.15 just northeast of the Dragonscale Camp flight path.

Found one in The Azure Span at 29.19, 32.43.

Found in The Azure Span in a small hole in the ground at 59.50, 44.78.

Found as a main at 24, 68(Alter of Domination)

There's a small pack of these flying around near the Charred Ramparts flight path.  I was able to grab one as they flew overhead while standing at the rock pile on the flight path platform at 38, 49.

Mine came out of heroic Dread Chain island expedition.

Obtained mine from a normal Havenswood run.

I got mine from normal Skittering Hollow.

Found one walking around at 50,76 in the Field of Dreamers in Val'Sharah.

I don't know if this helps, but as a Horde toon I ran around the Toxic Airfield killing all the roach critters.  Soon after I started I found two Fluxfire Felines (one rare, one uncommon) and also an Irradiated Roach.

I found only one in all of Desolace around 59,57.

I found mine in Desolace at 54,40.  He was all by himself and so far in the zone this was the only location that I spotted one.
