I farmed for him in the wetlands by greenwarden 's grove if exit go left there ate ebon whelps I just ran Iin that circle   I got  both dark and crimson whelps got dark whelp in 70 kills and the crimson in 500 total kills for both of them . I just kept in that little area 

I have been looking for months was givin up and my sister calls in just 2 days by the bridge and goo mobs in felwood on sunday around 10am eastern it spawned both days not sure if this is a daily thing but it happen more than one she also got hers like this awhile back so check on sunday mornings around 10am by the bridge
