Re: Undercity Rat
I really only play my main which is Alliance. I notice I'm missing a low level pet on my list. So I fight my way down to undercity really never being there before. After finding my way down there and getting killed once by some Toons and NPC's I get lucky and respawn right over the Undercity Rat I need. I capture the pet and get the heck out. It was one of those WoW moments that make this game great. i had more fun then if I leveled a horde toon and caught it the easy way.

Re: Golden Civet
I found a level 1 capture-able golden civet in the vale of blossoms. The rest there were level 24. So now I caught him and his all mine. Sadly not a rare. I have no pet over level 6 and to be Able to catch one in that zone, it was very nice. I waited for a bit for a respawn but I never seen another spawn. Does blizzard intently put low level battle pets in high level zones so everyone has a chance to get one?

Im not an engineer or I would have love to make this pet. Being a LW I had to buy at AH for 3000g. Not too bad. I've seen other pets going for way more that's not as cool ad this one. I need one for my collection and I'm glad I got it. Neat pet. Pet collectors will enjoy.

Sweet and easy pet to pick up if you just started collecting. He has a pretty rugged look to him. I can't wait to battle him. Doobjanka is right....How sick would that be if he swooped down and picked up critters to eat. Hopes and wishes can come true.

Wow I thought the Fox kit was hard to farm....I'm so happy I finely got this hand! Extremely sweet pet! Best of luck to everyone with their pick axes. Most likely you'll be doing tons of digs.

Just got my Lunar Lantern right now with the 50 elder coins. The Lunar Lantern is going for a ridiculous amount on the auction house on my server but any true collector needs to keep this neat little light for themselves.

Haha I've had this pet for about a month now and just noticed it gets on a broom and flys when you mount up. I saw another character flying with it. How did I miss that! Pretty sweet pet.

It's always nice to pop on the computer and get a pet. Do a little questing then it's yours. I didn't even know this pet existed until I finished the questline. I was very happy because it's acutully a pretty cool unique pet. Blizzard knows we love our pets so I hope they keep these suprises coming.

I just found out about this pet 2 days ago. I don't know how I missed it. I'm a night elf hunter so I decided to go for the tiny pet first. I'll get the mom later. I use spirit beast anyways. This is the way I did it. I had track beast on. Then went to the cave underneath her. I noticed she was there. So I let one of those worms kill me so I could respawn in the cave where she is. Just make sure you'll standing against the wall right below the cave opening. Happy hunting everyone.

Pet 150 for me!!! I won't forget this pet. I've always loved dinosaurs since I was a kid so I really dig this pet. I hope in the future blizzard comes out with a stegosaurus companion (fingers crossed). That was my favorite dino. I do most of my archeology in Kalimdor because I really want the Scepter of Azj'Aquir and Crawling Claw. Hopefully they'll be mine soon. Best of luck to anyone trying for any of the archaeology pets. All it takes is time and a bit of patience.

I just got it in my 5th bag. The warcraft pet gods did me a favor because it took so long to get my fox kit ;) This is also pet 149 for me. Just one more to go for companion 150! Who will it be??? I don't know, but I'm getting excited.

By far this is the hardest pet to farm. It took 15 hours of game play to drop. If this drops quick for you, you're super lucky. I started to wonder if the fox kit drop was not active. This pet should be an epic pet with an achievement. I love this pet. I'm so glad i got it. Good luck to everyone and happy hunting :)

I love my slimy little friend. The de-buff is cool. It takes some time to get if you farm this guy. Its a great feeling to loot something and find him rather then using AH.

It took me a long time to get this pet. It was worth the wait. Its a really cool companion pet to have. I just searched all the spawn locations in Dalaran before I logged off. I'm sure there is a faster way of collecting all the books but I wasn't in a rush and this way worked for me. I was really happy to finally see that last book. Best of luck to everyone trying to get this achievement.

Speedy was pet number 100 for me!!! So i ll always remember this one. I really wish there was an achievement for 100. It took me awhile to accomplish that. Hopefully they'll add one in the future :)

So I farmed for the Bronze Whelpling for about three hours last night. No luck so far. My five year old daughter got home from school and said she wantEd to play WoW. She likes playing my toon so I told her to kill "theseguys" so we can get a new pet. She just started so I ll update if it drops for her or she gets bored and wants to play in goldshire.
Update - Well that lasted 20 min. Shes just told me she logged onto abother toon in Goldshire. I guess I have some work ahead of me tonight when I log on.
